Hop to one of the most beautiful Croatian islands for a four-day relaxation in a true hedonist style. Relish in a gastronomic heaven of Croatia, with beautiful clear water bays, pine forest and tropical garden full of beautiful flowers and Mediterranean herbs. Live the experience with all senses! Visit some of the steepest wineries with fascinating views, discover beautiful city of Hvar with its rich cultural and historical heritage, lounge on the beach, cook with the connoisseurs and indulge in the best local specialties on beachside terraces.



Morning arrival to the Split airport – program starts at noon. Visit to the local green market ‘Pazar’ – getting familiar with Dalmatian vegetables, fruits, cheese and spices, shopping for tailor – made ‘marenda’. Marenda (brunch) in Marina with wine tasting, cooking with famous local chef. Transfer with the speedboat to island Hvar (glass of wine on the boat). Visit to Dvori Sv.Jurja on the top of the island with most fascinating view of the south Dalmatian islands. Dinner – selection of traditional Hvar cuisine with local wine varieties (presentation of local winemaker). Accommodation on Palmizana at Dagmar’s house or hotel Podstine close to Hvar.


Usual morning espresso and breakfast in the harbour. Visit to Plenkovic winery – the steepest vineyard in Croatia. Close encounter with Plavac Mali (indigenous Croatian grape). Lunch in the winery – Dalmatian lamb cooked in old fashion/modern way, presentation of famous Croatian chef. Afternoon on Pakleni otoci, swimming (from April to October), walking in arboretum, riding on donkeys, offroad driving on the island, with possibility of racing and betting (not recommendable with natives) and getting hungry. Dinner at Pakleni otoci: cooking lessons – gregada (dalmatian bouillabaisse) how it is cooked in various parts of Croatia – presentation of the host. Dinner served in the beautiful beachside terrace restaurant (evocative of 1960’s St.Tropez, with coloured napery, driftwood sculptures and paintings donated by visiting artists). Overnight at Dagmar’s.


Breakfast at Dagmar’s, Dalmatian fruits, cheese, olives and prosciutto, local health elixir. Sailing to and arround Hvar. Cooking (and eating) aboard. Lecture: all the things edible (and delicious) in the sea, on the shore, in the sky and elsewhere around. Choosing the best bay for swimming and diving. Gala dinner in restaurant Lucullus: selection of best Croatian wines with suitable (to say the least) food. Return to Pakleni otoci for overnight. Entertainment under palms, long night.


Brunch at terrace with lecture in hangover remedies. Transfer to Kastel with speedboat. Sightseeing of Trogir, few bites or lunch, depending on the time of the departure and hunger. Drive to Split airport for departure.
